July 2025 Update

Maine Park Victor, 10 months old today 481kg, weaned at 6 months old due to dry conditions and only fed lucerne hay to supplement the lack of grass. Our bull buyers are demanding bulls that perform under these grassfed conditions, excelling at weight for age as we're all paid by the kilogram. Birthweight 44kg, out of one of our lighter birthweight females (34kg, polled) Maine Park Saffron and sired by Eran.

Maine Park Terrific, pictured at 33 months old, the day before he went to his new home in Gippsland. We're getting a great crop of calves by this sire, all with birthweights in the low to mid 30 kilos. Limited semen is available at Nationwide Genetics.

Maine Park Vulcan 10 months old today, 417kg. Weaned at 6 months old due to drought conditions and only fed lucerne hay, this bull is an excellent display of the weight for age and doing ability of the Maine-Anjou cattle at Maine Park. Birthweight 40kg sired by Epinal and dam Maine Park Roemary.
